Quarantine School not great, I would recommend straying away from the usage of line, circle, and block tools, along with using programs such as scratch or paint. Blender is free and has amazing and simple 2D animation tools, all you need to do is watch a few tutorials on Blender and general hand drawn animation.

I use a Chromebook laptop so I can't do much animation. I don't have access to any good animation software.
